Funding and Grants Coordinator – Casual
Anam Cara House Colac is seeking a motivated Funding and Grants Coordinator to support our palliative and end-of-life care services across South-West Victoria.
Working closely with the Executive Team, this role focuses on identifying funding opportunities and preparing high-quality grant submissions to support organisational programs and growth. The position is casual with flexible hours and hybrid work options, averaging around 10 hours per week depending on grant rounds and priorities.
This role would suit someone with demonstrated success in grant writing, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Experience in healthcare or community-based organisations is highly regarded.
Anam Cara House Colac is a community-owned, purpose-driven organisation offering a supportive, values-led work environment, competitive casual rates of $42–$55 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), access to salary packaging (where eligible), and Employee Assistance Program support.
